I only ordered 6 days (3-5 days for delivery according to Cricket direct) ago but have decided that based upon everyone else’s bad experience to go directly to PayPal. I have emailed Cricket direct a couple of times this week. They shouldn’t be talking money if they can’t honour an order after all. I’ve ordered equipment for my son to play cricket, he needs the gear and if they can’t send/reply to emails I’m not waiting any longer to get my money back. Clearly liars so everyone stay well away!
Update 2nd May
After repeated attempts by Mail and phone through the week finally reached cricket today. They advise my order has been dispatched. However were unable to provide any tracking or dispatch info and have agreed to send again with dispatch on Tuesday to arrive Wednesday.
Advised that they are super busy and are now catching up with orders.
If you have placed an order but not received or heard from them would suggest Sunday is a good day to call.

Ordered 19 days ago for items showing in stock. Received order confirmation stating will be notified when posted. Have received neither a confirmation or goods. They are not answering phone for sales queries and customer support voicemail full. Also not responding to emails requesting ETA.
Prior experience with them for Christmas present was great. Maybe Amazon has spoiled us or they are not resourced to meet demand at this time of year.
Suggest you look elsewhere - certainly at this time of year or for an order where you expect a quick or normal delivery time.

shocking customer service - they don't answer emails or telephone, ignore all communications to cancel orders and then take over a month to refund an unaccepted order - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I had some cricket shoes to return and tried to contact the company when i couldn’t find a returns label. I sent an email - no reply, I phoned and managed to get through, the man said they would email me a returns label but I received nothing. After reading the poor reviews I decided to return the shoes by registered post. Well to my surprise 2 days later my PayPal account was refunded! Just thought I would share as reading the previous reviews I really thought I wouldn’t get a refund.
Do not order through this website. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Total waste of time. Placed order for ‘in stock’ gear. Website claims uk order to be received 3-4 days. Order confirmation states email to be sent on dispatch. Week later no email so no dispatch. Contacted customer services twice. No reply. Thankfully purchased through PayPal and raised complaint and requested refund. Total waste of time. Son needed gear for a match. Bought from a local sports shop at similar prices. An online shop only works if you receive orders when stated and communication with customer if there is an issue or delay.
Order an MRF Grand Edition 2.0 - 15-16 grains, legit stickers and nice ping also the MRF black print on the
edges meaning a legit bat. Also ordered a grip and it came within 4 days. The bat has a small mark into the back but not going to kill anyone cause there is a small dent. TBH they don't pick up calls and say their shut and didn't reply to an email but the product is good.
Really poor: would avoid and shop at a more credible store. No customer service as phones are never answered and items they say are in stock when ordering are not. Tried calling all week and only answered on Sunday. Order changed due to u availability. Please shop elsewhere for a much better shopping experience. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering.
What I expect now is some half hearted attempt in a reply to say sorry. Not good enough.
Scam they dont reply to email. Never answer phone call never deliver goods on time.

Terrible service. Took two weeks to receive items (after chasing) only find they don’t fit. Can’t follow the documented returns process as they never answer the phone and don’t reply to emails. Still awaiting a refund after items returned…
Genuine order placed 8th April for my son. Requested Elite Cricket Ball Thrower and received a lower standard Club Thrower. Sent the Club thrower back and still await acknowledgment and return of my funds or 'Elite' item to be sent out. Like many other reviews they have been non-contactable throughout the process. I have evidence of payment and evidence that CD received my returned package. But no action since then; despite numerous mails (no response) and calls (no answer).
They do not answer their calls, they miss delivery deadlines. Find another seller!
I wish I had visited Trustpilot before I ordered!
